There are no stars for Kemper Insurance. Customer service is non existent. Adjusters hang up on you and are rude. Everything you will read about Kemper on Facebook from their customers is absolutely true.

This is a terrible insurance company, they gave me an entire run around for 6 entire months. I have yet to speak to an adjuster. The amount of damage that was done to my brand new car from their policy holder is terrible. Terrible company

45 days so far and I haven’t received my total loss check yet. The only thing they always say is: give me your claim number and we will call you back. They never do. Already sent an email to the supervisor and nothing. Soon somebody will respond this review saying sorry and asking me to contact through email. Scam

I wouldn’t do business with this company I reported my truck stolen so they dropped my policy so I went ahead and canceled the other 2 vehicles I had insurance tho them and they haven’t refunded me anything I paid policy in full and only had for about 1 and half months. They are ripping me off for alot of money I’ve tried and tried to contact them to get my money and nothing at all they ghosted me and my money.

I’ve called my adjuster plenty of times and left voicemails everyday. He called back and was rude saying we don’t have to call back many times he got the first voicemail. Yet it’s been ten days and my car still isn’t being fixed can’t even get an update on where the status of my claim is. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
