I highly recommend Jessica and Xylia who wrote me a homeowner policy last year. They came to our rescue when we were closing a house, as the insurance broker who wrote that policy were not responding and lender required them to correct 2 errors. I was stressed out making tons of calls, SMS and emails, to no avail. My locked mortgage rate would expire in 1 hour, and I was prepared to pay $100+ to extend it, then came Jessica to put out the fire. She and Xylia quickly wrote me a policy (in less than 20 minutes!!!), and we were able to get the loan funded on time. Phew! I am very impressed with their professionalism and attentiveness. After that experience, we worked with them again and it’s been smooth sailing ever since.
