Sean Brady did an insurance review for us. (I do a review pretty often and thought I was well informed.) Sean reduced the amount we were paying. Rearranged some of our coverages that were what I wanted and didn’t recognize we did not have, he recommended a better rated hurricane carrier that actually cost less and is nation wide- not just Hawaii based (I lived through Hurricane Iniki and know that a big storm takes out local insurance companies too.) “Terrible” …There is no Customer Service here. Their answering machine was the only thing that works. When a representative Sean finally replied he called with a “no caller ID” which I just happened to answer – after confirming his contact number as noted on the answering machine and calling it with “voice box full”…Don’t waste your time. Instead go with Cavanaugh Associates, LLC. their Customer Service and coverage is A+ and can’t be beat.
