My agents name was shawn johnson. I cant express the lack of skill, care, and professional shown here. For months I have had to operate without a license because i have not been provided with correct information or the correct results. This is very frustrating. I have sent numerous emails requesting information and help and assistance and nothing has been done correctly. Not to mention I am almost never responded to until days later. I am a united states veteran trying to start my business and i feel disrespected and ignored by the company i am paying thousands of my hard earned dollars two to insure my business and provide all required documentation. You have let me down big time insureon. I advice all veterans looking to insure their companys to stay far away from this place and believe me i have alot of patience it take a great deal of frustration to get me to leave a review like this.

We had general liability commercial policy with them, we paid in full but on middle of policy with out any contact they decided to cancel our policy and we can not reach them they don’t answer the phone and not return your phone call, I got the policy from different company and I try get money back.

Don’t do business with them, they are horrible.

Just imagine if something get wrong in your business and You need to contact them immediately for assistance, probably after your court finishes they may contact you or not and you don’t have any thing on your hand.

They are the perfect insurance agency for IT companies.
