Mr Whitlock was very informative, professional and very responsive with all questions that I had. Mr. Whitlock was not able to contact me for a couple of days; however, he continued to call and text until he was able to speak with me That really impressed me because I would have missed the opportunity to meet a very intelligent young man who really knows his business and lower priced insurance coverage.
I am located out of state. I have a rental in Mr Whitlock’s area. I never seemed to receive an invoice, after providing my address multiple times. I learned my insurance lapsed after contacting him for another reason. This happened twice. After contacting him multiple times to pay to reinstate the insurance I was ignored. I have found an insurance carrier who actually values their ongoing clients and not simply the new ones & can seem to email me an invoice.
Mr. Whitlock was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to make sure I understood each policy being offered. I never felt rushed or obligated to buy anything. I’d definitely reach out to him for all of my insurance needs!
