We have been a customer of Insurance Planning since 1990. Our children are customers now that they are grown. From auto, home, RV, farm and Medicare assistance, IPI has been a great financial partner. Several owners and associates have become good friends over the years. We worked with Lonny Claycamp until his passing and now work with Debbie Oelkers. The transition was seamless and the service continues to be excellent.
Today our premiums are our largest budget item but the coverage and service is worth every cent. We had a large hail claim a few years ago and the process was simple and settlement was timely.
We feel comfortable that we have the right coverages and they are there for us if we need them.
