I was having a tough time getting into my home I just bought. I had moved to Kentucky from the state of Washington. On top of that, I contracted COVID-19. I was a mess. I kept reaching out to Walter for help. I kept forgetting things. And yet, he stuck with me every step of the way. He kept in constant contact with me until I FINALLY got it right. It is thanks to his perseverance, and his kindness, that I am now covered fully with medical insurance and medicare. Thanks Walter.
