Very disappointed in this company. Every time I called it took 2-3 days for someone to call back. I was trying for 3 weeks to schedule an appointment only to find out – 3 weeks later – that they do not work with our insurance. I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone.

These people are not here to help you get you home fixed. They are here to save their own company money. The adjuster I had wouldn’t give straight answers was kert and unwelcoming. Good luck getting anything approved before they close your claim for non-compliance.

Horrendous company that I regret joining through State Farm. Very straightforward claim yet they refused to cover a broken AC unit. Simply pathetic. I dropped it immediately… I hope this prevents just one person from starting a business relationship with this company

Great company for all your boiler needs. This place knows boilers better than most if not all. Their technicians are the very best in the business in my opinion. Furthermore we didn’t even have an account because we never used them before but when we had our boiler go down they came out very quickly and repaired the problem. They also had the parts needed right on their van. Thumbs way up to the Hartford Steam Boiler Repair co.👍
