BCBSNJ has the worst web site on the net. Their customer service is the absolute worst. If I’m having this much trouble being a new customer in the first 2 weeks I’m guessing I definitely need to look for a better company. They’re charging me Twice for the same month of coverage.
Well, I’m finding out that I made a huge mistake choosing Horizon Blue of NJ. If I could give zero stars, I also would. One month in and nothing is being properly completed. Unable to get prescriptions filled currently. The customer service number on the back of my Horizon Blue of NJ card takes me to Florida Blue. On hold for an hour only to be told I need to be connected to NJ. Another hour wait. Talked to 4 different people, none of which could help. And didn’t seem to want to. I asked for a supervisor, click, disconnected.
The worst insurance ever. They cancel your appointments for MRI or cat scan for no reasons. I would never recommend this insurance company. Secretary or whoever is talking to you repeat the same again and again when you call them to figure out . You pay them big money every month for nothing . Medicine at this point in USA is sucks. When you need to get medical services here and you can’t get it -that’s ridiculous !
