Worst insurance company to work with. They take so long to do anything and never get back to you. You need to constantly reach out. Their driver hit my car and was at fault but they won’t pay for my rental because the shop took too long by their standards. I wouldn’;t never recommend them to anyone, and if you are as unlucky as me to be hit by them I am sorry and hope they can eventually write their wrongs.
