Company is good, but management is worst,There is no hr only she is available on phone ,Receptionist guard gave one form after filled up, ater one hour somone came and ask some question then leave for the day. I request to Guardian please imporve your management qualityt

Be it HR team or workflow management. I wish there would be 0 star to measure their level of expertise. They do not have creative people at all. Place for donkeys with no vision. Everyone seems confused here.

Guardian is a American base insurance company. Need good communication for interview. Best place, good working environment. No need technical graduation. Here your job will be secured. Best cab facility.

Respect is a two-way street. Candidates invest so much time & effort and even finances into preparing for interviews. Has common courtesy become extinct? Once a candidate gives of their time to be interviewed. They deserve feedback.

Work work work …There is endless and view-less work will be forced to you to do that even you are not allowed to have a tea break. Company is very dynamic there policies change within hour.

Worst work culture and high Unethical behavior. HR is mere spectator. They are happy to screw the employee career, even its there fault. Expect to work after shift and also during weekend without any extra benefit.

I was a ex employee of the GLIC process, after 3 year I left the company due to some personal reasons but after sometime decided to join again, my condition was very worst at that time , my many Hope’s was from this company, but during the interview HR not selected me for over experience. They have no respected his ex employees. 😢

But now I am happy because god was with me and now I am a part of the great organization which is located in sector 135 campus.
