They were very helpful for me in transitioning from my previous insurance company. It was easy speaking with them and I felt like I was talking with a friend who was there to help me and answer any of the questions I had. They were very kind, responsive, and wonderful!

Our Grange Insurance was amazing in their help in filing my claim with lost rings. Rayan was so kind and helped me have my claim filed. We have had insurance with Grange for years. This reminds me to insure all my jewelry in the future with photos and appraisal.

I called Grange because we had some wind damage and water was coming inside my house. They came and took a look and saw, they said they couldn’t cover it because it was happening for a long time. How the heck was I supposed to know that. And isn’t that why we have insurance for it? (We did an inspection before buying the house; he said everything was fine). I just moved to this house about a year ago. And I have paid premium coverage, for the worst insurance I have ever heard of. Not be using them again. Also wouldn’t recommend to anyone else.

I have had Grange for some years now but never had to use them or file a claim at all thankfully but that came to an end and the time had come I had to file a claim. During holidays and being sick it was the last thing I wanted to deal with however Curtis and the grange team made it super easy and no stress at all everything was a tap away literally super easy to communicate and ask any questions or get assistance if needed. I hit a deer. Or the deer ran into my front right fender. I called Grange that night to report the accident. The next day, they called back to ask if I was OK and where I wanted the car fixed. They made all the arrangements for my car and for my rental car. They told me to pay the 100.00 deductible when I picked up the car. So glad I changed to this insurance company. It is much cheaper and I get better coverage. Now I know they are also easy to deal with when needed.
