Anyone who rated this company a 5 must have been paid to do so. This insurance is good until you need to file a claim! The adjustors don’t call you back for weeks and when they do, they act like the money is psid from their bank accounts!

After I filed the first claim, it took almost 2 months for them just to say it was totaled. I go out to buy a vehicle all I need is paperwork stating my car has been totaled and a week later I still don’t have the proper paperwork. They don’t call back. I have called them so many times and left numerous voicemails. The ABSOLUTE WORST AUTO INSURANCE. I know they are cheaper but it is just not worth the problems. Go, Go, Go find a new auto insurer. THEY SUCK!! They need a zero star option. They would definitely get that from me.

Wish I could give a negative 10. Car flooded in Baton Rouge going on 3 weeks ago. I had to use a separate roadside policy to have my car towed to the dealership. As of today still don’t have a rental car. The last time I spoke with the person handling my claim I received a reservation number for enterprise. When I get to enterprise they say we don’t have a reservation for you. Try calling the guy and texting and haven’t heard anything in a week. Keep in mind I have full coverage. Don’t bother calling customer service. Apparently all they do is answer the phone and tell you to call the person handling you claim. I’ve given go auto over 5,000 in the last 2-3 years for premiums and this is how they handle business. I know sometimes money is tight but do yourself a favor and go with a more reputable insurance company. They have no problem collecting premiums but when you really need them good luck. Don’t do it to yourself go with another company.

The insurance agent are all follow different rules depending on who you get when they answer. One agent said I had to take pictures of my new car before I could add it to the Policy I already have. An mine you I have been with them over 10 years. So I Hold the phone up. And called another agent. She never ask about pictures at all.

Was told that my insurance would cost the same amount after switching it to a different car, I paid that amount, turns out it was actually $6 more. It was canceled over the $6 and I wasn’t even notified until after it was canceled, called back, had to pay a late fee of $41. Someone recently hit my car and the cop said I didn’t have insurance! So not only did they give me a wrong quote, cancel it without wanting me first, and make me pay a late fee to reinstate it, they literally didn’t reinstate it. Now I have to wait until Monday when they are open to discuss this with someone.
