Trash, got insurance through these clowns last month. Was told I could make a partial payment up front but would have to pay the rest by the 14th. Call back on the 14th and was told I didn’t owe anything, but then they call back a week later and say I owe $100 when I only owed $75. At the time I did not have the money but the clown I spoke with over the phone told me they were canceling my plan so I went out and bought a new one. I wake today July 6 and see that this shady company took $100 off my account, that’s after I was already told my insurance plan was cancelled. Do not use freeway insurance they a very shady people who does shady business.

SCAM!!! THEY LOVE STEALING YOUR MONEY. NOTHING BUT LIES. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO YELL AT A CUSTOMER. COME ON 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️. EVERYTIME I CALL THEY GIVE ME A DIFFERENT STORY ABOUT MY POLICY.

Immediately when i called to resolve this issue i was given attitude . Supervisor attitude. oh we can’t talk to the higher ups, they don’t have a phone.

So thankful for Freeway Insurance for helping me with my SR22! They did everything so fast and it was easier than I thought. Now I can drive again! Thank you!!!!

I TOTALLY, TOTALLY HATED THE ENTIRED PROCESS OF THE WAY THE “AGENT” (EDGAR MURGUIA) WORKS ( EL CAJON BLVD. LOCATION., SD) . HE SAID ONE THING OVER THE PHONE AND WHEN I GOT TO THE OFFICE IT WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. IT IS UN ETHICAL TO PROMISE OR OFFER SOMETHING TO THE CUSTOMER AND THEN CHANGE THE ENTIRE CONCEPT OF THE SITUATION AND PRICING. SADLY TO SAY THAT IS A VERY DISHONEST AND UN ETHICAL TO ATTRACT CUSTOMERS WITH LIES. IM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY.

This insurance agency are very bad, they charge them more and the agents while they make their policy speak to you kindly, but after they have already made the policy they do not have the time they are very busy they say and they take the call or they transfer it to customer service they are not recommended.
