Worst experience ever. These people have lack of comminucation. About two weeks ago I called for a quote they told me 440 down payment then they said come in on the 21st. I didnt make it until the following week, I called that Thursday which is a day before I went in “Friday”; when I get there they tell me its Like 800 twice of what they said. They were asking me if the other guy that works there called me to tell me since I am a new driver the insurance didn’t accept me so I have to pay MORE! Why didnt u guys call me before hand to tell me that instead of wasting my time I was even late for my job trying to make it to your irresponsible business. Either hire new people or shut this place DOWN!! Then the lady has the nerve to apologize like if it will help me with my problems. This place sucks! I suggest you go to another agency before they mess your payments up too.

On the weekends is my only days off every time I come on a Saturday like today sept1 2018 it says close at 1pm it’s 1230pm and there closed I understand it’s a long weekend but if they close at one should be at 1pm not 1230 not the first time either I love this place customer service is great but not I have to drive a non register car with my old plates till Tuesday if I get pulled over and towed global isn’t gonna pay for my car that should figure out there time issues foreal

Isabel D was absolutely amazing- I walked in on a Friday well after 5pm due to an cancelled insurance policy, she went above and beyond to get my policy reinstated.

Always on top of things. Been with them for over 10yrs and use 3 other companies due to referrals and had to return back to global. They actually do the leg work to save you money and gives you a great service all the time.
