Never think of joining geico. The give you a bill when you announce to them them u will quit they company 30 days ahead. You pay the bills for the month and the up coming month u billing when you had cancel your policy the previous month. Join geico at your own risk

Run as fast as you can my auto insurance policies was switched to a one time payment. In order to switch it back to monthly, they charged me $42 I paid It. They never switched it back and then wanted me to pay another $170 such a scam. I’m turning them into the insurance commission . Where is the customer service for they’re own mistakes.

I bought a used car from Don Davis in Arlington Saturday. Today is Wednesday. I had been having trouble signing my policy online. Priscilla directed me to who I needed to talk to to guide me through the process.

She was kind and courteous and helpful. I would like to add I talked to Dominique, and LeeAnn before getting to Priscilla. All of them were kind and patient. They were professional. They promised to extend my rental over the phone and than pretend like they never knew about it. Then never contacted me and started ignoring my emails. Go to a insurance company that actually cares about you, don’t use geico. I use to think highly of this company but it’s adjusters like Samuel Tekle that make this company look bad. I’m probably never gonna do business with geico again after this.
