GCH Insurance Group was founded in 2003 as RGI, Inc. by Russell Griffith. Shortly thereafter, RGI merged with Jerry Catlett of Catlett’s Financial Group of Winchester, Kentucky. In 2006, John Hampton and David Henry joined the agency, thus the renaming of the agency to GCH Insurance Group. Since 2006, consistent growth has culminated in us becoming one of the largest agencies in Kentucky. This agent, Marie Houlihan, is SUPER!!!

I have had insurance for my businesses with 7 companies over a span of 40 years. They all have you fill out a detailed application. I think most agents just forward your data as is to the insuer.

Marie called me a week after I sent in her application. She uncovered that one of my $100,000 properties was technically not insured as it had the wrong business name on it for insurance purposes. We got it corrected. Whew! That could have been BAD.
