Worst I’ve dealt with wouldn’t recommend at all called on a Tuesday to get a auto quote and a home owners quote lady took my information said she’d call me back never heard from her again called back twice on Wednesday got her voice mail called on Thursday voice mail again here it is Friday still haven’t heard from her.
My agents JB and Mike Sullivan have saved me money from my previous agent with better coverage. Both are very responsive when needed. I would definitely refer them to friends and family
I literally wouldn’t even give them one star. After my husband hit a deer and we filed a claim, we have done everything they asked. Getting ahold of anyone is honestly a joke I don’t think anyone in this office even works because they’re always on lunch or not able to get to the phone. They are so unprofessional and they are about to lose a loyal customer who always pays on time. These people need to re-evaluate their values because they’re dirty as can be. Absolutely pathetic. I could do their job better, sitting at home with my toddler. They are a joke. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I’m also saving almost half ($$) on the year on my house insurance!
