Everything was going just fine until they decided to play games. I had Gainsco for 2 yrs with no claims, no tickets and no missed payments. Every 6 months they send a offer packet for the next 6 months. On the offer my premium was the same as usual, however I received a bill stating that they were gonna charge my debit card 10$ more. When I contacted them I was told pretty much oh well that happens sometimes. Beware my son went through hell trying to get them to pay off a claim! He was without a vehicle for 3 months going back and forth! It may be a cheaper rate but believe me you get what you pay for! Check the rating for this company before you decide!

Bertha Rodrigues is the most helpful insurance agent I have ever dealt with. She is honest and up front with everything. She actively look for the best rates and coverage annually. If she can’t offer you a better deal than the company you are with she will tell you. Definitely a person who cares for the customer. Best Experience ever.

Johnny Garcia. The best took extra time to research and find solution to my sr-22 issue. Ended up saving me on policy . Very thorough and flat out nice understands customer service wasn’t a robotic quoter like all other companies I found on line.
