G1G is the best! I never thought I’d leave a review for an insurance company but here I am. I had a ton of questions about how it all worked and what the best plan was, but the team helped me out with everything. They have a great company story and really put the traveler first!

After a decade traveling as a documentary filmmaker travel insurance and health insurance while traveling has always been a burden. G1G’s platform was incredibly easy to use and their offerings exceeded any service that I have used in the past. I felt completely safe traveling under their policy and will absolutely be using their services again. Thanks for making it easy and taking care of the stressors of travel. I knew that I was in good hands!!

I have been using G1G for travel insurance for myself and my family, since the mid 2000s. Originally I used them to provide health insurance for my parents when they would visit me from abroad, and it always gave me peace of mind to know that they had health coverage even as international travelers. In 2010 my father experienced a medical emergency which required immediate attention, and through that stressful time I was fortunate enough to have coverage through G1G. G1G was able to help me navigate the process of providing medical care for my father and I was particularly impressed with their assistance in processing my claim even after point of sale. From my personal experience I can vouch for the fact that G1G offers comprehensive and reputable insurance plans. In addition I love the concise way information is presented on the website, how easy it is to navigate through plan details and that I can access and manage my plan information and ID cards online.

I was referred to G1G by Cameron Outfitters who are taking my son and I into the wilds of Montana. Albert Stone was wonderful!! He explained everything to me — clearly, succinctly and cheerfully! I got the best coverage for our trip at the lowest possible price and I am so relieved to have this kind of coverage. I had No idea that there was insurance out there that would cover everything from lost baggage to trip cancellation due to new Covid restrictions or wild fires or illness, death of a loved one, an accident or injury on the mountains or on the way to the airport (as well as the cost of being airlifted out alive!) . It’s crazy good! I’m seriously telling all my friends about it. Go G1G!!! You guys are great.

G1G is absolutely the best travel insurance company in the world! We have been customers many times and the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and honest! The educate you on the right policy for yourself needs, even if it is LESS expensive than the one you inquired about! G1G is the only travel insurance company me and my family use! If there were 6 stars, they would get them! Simply the best!

I’m very late to write this review, but I’ve had nothing but a great experience with this company- they are responsive and quick to handle claims. I recommended them to a friend visiting me in the US from Europe in 2019. Long story short, he had a bad accident and ended up in the hospital for 5 days with surgery. I was the one to call and report the incident and G1G was so fast to set everything up to receive bills directly from the hospital. I was honestly so amazed, normally always preparing myself for a fight with insurance companies. In the end, well worth their reasonable price and I will continue to use them when I travel!

I recently bought visitors insurance for my mom from G1G. I talked with several other insurance providers but I found G1G to be the most professional. Albert was very helpful in guiding me as to what policy I should get. He was very knowledgeable. He didn’t rush me and answered all my questions patiently. There was no high pressure sales either. In the evening, my husband had a question and so we called them after-hours and Zain answered. We found out he is the owner and he too was very helpful. I have not filed any claims yet, but the buying process was definitely very easy and a pleasant experience.
