My agent is awesome!! I have homeowners and auto and they always assist me if I need help. My claims were handled promptly whether it was from a storm or hitting a deer…everything taken care of in a friendly, kind manner. Thank you!

Was with this company for years. Filed a claim and it took weeks for an adjuster to show up. Then ultimately denied the claim. Their rates might be attractive but when it’s time for them to hold up their part of the bargain they will simply fail you. Filed complaint with the State of Michigan and clearly the lobby is doing very well there also.

I love Fremont Insurance company. They are amazing and the best business I have ever worked with. Jamie Francis and her team work seamlessly and are so quick to respond to my every need, from my car insurance information being sent to me asap so I could get a rental, always keeping me up to date on the best rates for both home and auto insurance and assisting with claims being put in for my loss of entire freezer of food after a power outage. I had everything itemized and within a week I got my claim accepted and a check in the mail! They are courteous, hard working and prompt. If I could rate them a 100 I would because they are the best insurance company in Michigan. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I had a major accident on I-95 in Florida. I totaled out my 2020 Nissan truck and my 2021 travel trailer. I took pictures and emailed them to my local agent who in turn got a hold of Fremont Insurance claim agent. within days my claim was in the works. they provided me with a rental car and within 3 weeks I had my loan paid on both the trailer and truck. Best company I have ever worked with. They are a very caring company. My claim agent was so nice and very accommodating.

My daughter recently had an accident in our car at night, I called my agent the next morning and within a couple hours the claims specialist from Fremont called me back and the first thing she asked was is my daughter ok. She had my car picked up and towed to the collision shop within the hour. She helped me get a rental by the next day. The car ended up being totaled and Fremont had the claim settled and my car paid off within about 3 weeks. Everyone was professional and sympathetic to my situation through the entire process. I recommend Fremont Insurance company to everyone.

I’ve had Fremont Insurance for about 5 years now and couldn’t be happier. I have farm and auto policies. I had an accident which ended up with no one hurt, but it totaled my 2018 Ford truck. My agent/adjuster worked with me to come to a timely and agreeable settlement. They were also sensitive to availability of auto parts in the current environment as some replacement parts were 4 or more months out. I would definitely recommend them!
