We had a house fire June 13 and Frankenmuth hasn’t let us down yet. Jeff has made this unfortunate experience as good as it can be. Very responsive, informative, quick and efficient. So far – We’re extremely satisfied with Frankenmuth Insurance and would highly recommend them to family and friends.
Long overdue but words can’t express my gratitude towards Frankenmuth Insurance. I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with a stolen vehicle through the purchase of using fraudulent cashiers checks. When the banking system and law enforcement failed me, this insurance company had my back. Doug communicated well with me and helped me out through the entire process. There are times you have to ignore negative reviews on a business and this is one them.
Poor service. I had a storm disaster that wiped out my entire yard. Three 50 ft. trees down, completely damaged the fencing. Placed a claim, provided no help but if your yard is a mess, they will cancel your policy.
I’m very thankful to have changed insurance companies, much better coverage at a better rate too. No replies to justify poor business conduct.
I used to love Frankenmuth, but recently, that has changed.
My car was broken into and my rear left window got smashed out on Thursday, Sep 30th. My insurance representative asked when I would be able to go to my dealership to get the damage estimated, I told him Monday the fourth. He said he would follow up with them on Tuesday the 5th. Fast forward to today, Tuesday the 12th…still have not heard from him, nor has my dealership. I called his extension last Thursday, then Friday, then Monday…left multiple messages. Still nothing today. Apparently my dealership needs one call from him to finish the process. And here I am, still driving around with no rear window through every kind of weather. I understand things happen, but this is insurance that I pay for and have paid for, for years. There is no excuse for no response, especially when calling his direct extension line. Things like this happen in a timely matter – the glass for my window cannot be ordered until Nathan calls them back. It’s now been a week since he was supposed to follow-up.
Anthony Bourdow and John White made this entire process as smooth as could be expected. When a loss is sustained, the last thing you need is to have to fight with your insurance company. They were very attentive throughout the entire claim and very fair and reasonable.. While dealing with this lightning strike claim, I also had to deal with a different insurance company where an 18 wheeler totaled my vehicle. The contrast was night and day. Frankenmuth was fantastic, the other well known large company made every step of the process difficult and very unpleasant.
