I love the personal relationship with my Rep John. He knows exactly who I am every time I call.

I love that I can call and express my thoughts and my rep actually hears me and works with me within the policies to help my needs.

I work night shift, so it’s hard for me to be available during days, and my rep is patient and finds solutions to reach me.

I’m not sure what to do if I didn’t have my Rep John!

We are so glad to have been introduced to Phil Shearer. When our Insurance company left us high and dry by deciding to abandon California we were left with a short window to find a new insurance company. We also needed a new agent that was close to home.
