I wanted to say I recently used First Insurance to fix my car and they were excellent. Ryan was helpful and immediately assisted me. I was impressed with his helpfulness and efficiency. I would recommend First Insurance to everyone looking for insurance.
I manage rental properties and recently a couple of them experienced water damage during some severe unexpected weather. Fortunately my clients had insurance, but unfortunately some of them did not have First Insurance. Working with 4 multiple big-name insurance companies simultaneously allowed me to distinguish the differences in quality right away. Not only was First Insurance the most responsive and had the best customer service, they had everything squared away BEFORE the other three companies contacted me to coordinate their investigation of damages. HUGE MAHALO to Jason Yuen, who went above and beyond my expectations and responded to every email/phone call, patiently explaining every step of the process. If I had a question he wasn’t 100% sure about, he let me know he would check on it and get back to me… AND HE DID! Right away! The other companies just kept telling me conflicting information rather than fact-checking. His professionalism and kindness is why I will be switching my personal insurance to First Insurance, and highly recommend others think about doing them same!
Rip off!! I had 3 vehicles insured by this so-called Auto Insurance Company for about 10 years. Paid my monthly premiums of about $300-$400. Got into 1 car accident which was my fault. No one was injured so there was no medical costs. Next thing I know, they are not renewing my policy because of the loss. Why do we have automobile insurance for!?!? They claim to have great customer service!!! I guess they are liars!!
