First Class insurance has been my agency for almost 10 years,they are very nice , starting with Tony,Sasha , Sully ,Bertha ,they are very patient , highly recommend!!!

Avoid this insurance at all costs. Very unprofessional. Called to get some information on my policy, was told I would receive a call back from someone named Sasha within an hour, two hours later still no call back. I decided to call back, someone named Tony picked up and left me on hold for 30 minutes before I was able to speak with that Sasha lady. Sasha was very rude, had a snarky attitude (apparently she doesn’t know what snarky means so she should go back to school or at least open up a dictionary), and she never let me talk. She would always speak over me. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend to anyone this insurance at all.
