It took from late june of 2021 to May of 2022 to get our refund.

When the owner, Brian Payne checks into my review, he will know who is writing it–and well he should. I seriously doubt he is aware of my FIVE phone calls to receive my policy that I have requested–and have not received for TWO MONTHS.

I paid the premium for this new policy; the original one doesn’t write them in SC anymore, so I was offered a quote from a different company. The letter from Field Insurance notifying me is from March, 2021. My original policy expired in May, at which time I paid for the new insurance company they suggested that I go with.

From the day I made the payment–in full–until now, I have NOT received my policy papers, hence my calling this office FIVE TIMES.

Then when I ask for the agent whose name is on the quote, I get excuses as to why she doesn’t answer the phone: “she’s out to lunch,” or “she’s not at her desk and she’ll call back,” (she doesn’t), or “she’s not in the office today…”

When my policy is up next year–if this doesn’t improve–I will find another company. SOMEONE in their office needs to know how customers are being treated!

I have been with them since May, 2018.

I am also writing this to BBB.
