Absolutely great super nice and absolutely helpful
Our agent, Judy, has gone above and beyond each year to get us the best rates and thoroughly explain our plans and options. When we recently purchased a new vehicle, Judy added the car to our existing auto plan and had new cards for us very quickly. Every time we have worked with Judy has been a very enjoyable experience.
I got a nice rate with them when I started, but good luck talking to a person if you call in for something. A live person answers but then always transfers you to someone’s voicemail. It seems like an agent is never available, and you always have to leave a voicemail and wait a day or 2 for someone to call you back.
