Business seems legit, but I opted out of their plan because of poor service. My online application said to call them to complete the application. No problem – I called during lunch break at work and didn’t have to wait on hold long, but the line was fuzzy and it was hard t understand the operator over the static. I got transferred multiple times. I was finally told they don’t have access to my information and I would have to complete my application online…gee, why did I call them again? Oh, right…it said online to call them!

My employer has used this company for years to provide health insurance but their support is awful. They refuse to assist in answer any questions about their insurance plans (that’s the job of your human resources department; ask them, not us) and always drag their feet on requested plan changes come open enrollment time so nothing gets processed.
