I cannot say enough positive things about Edison Insurance Group. I note from reading the reviews that apparently, there are people who have confused Edison Insurance Group with another entity that has a similar name. I can say as a longtime client of Edison Insurance Group (having had my homeowners insurance with them for the past many years, as well as other insurance policies), I have always found the entire staff to be professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and prompt in responding. I would highly recommend Edison Insurance Group to anyone who is seeking a reputable and quality insurance agent/broker.
Edison Insurance company gives a very impressive policyholder booklet with current coverage and policy information. The declaration information was easily understood and I feel I wasn’t over or under insured. I have had several insurance companies over the past 15 years and I feel the premium is fair and better than
most in comparison.
A quality company with great customer service. Rates are competitive and website is easy to navigate.
