I insured through DTRIC on a few different occasions and generally was impressed with their rates and customer service. However I such difficult and frustrating time trying to get a straight forward answer from the customer service agent about bare-minimum rates for my second car that I stopped the call, hung up, called Geico and booked with them. I understand its slightly in their nature to book you for more than necessary but it was just so disingenuous that I’d had enough. Its disappointing because I wanted to support a local business over a national company. Three stars because I did initially enjoy my service with them, but they’ve lost me as a customer. I wouldn’t tell people not to book with then, but I also wouldn’t recommend it anymore.
My car was hit and caused damage to my headlight and front fender 6months ago and nothing was done to repair it, I was told that I would have to contact the at fault drivers insurance to get my car fixed, that’s not what I paid for. No luck in getting this issue resolved, so I had to get the parts myself (Headlight assembly and front fender) I’m now in the process of removing the damaged parts and replacing them. That’s just my experience shirty deals.
When our apartment was damaged by fire and flooding and in need for repair, my husband and I worked tirelessly with DTRIC and Mike DiLisa of Sedgwick to bring our home back and honestly better than ever before!
Mike was especially exceptional throughout the whole process and really made us feel taken care of. Whether it was keeping us informed of the processes occurring or helping us recover missing or damaged items, I was able to be at ease knowing he was in our corner. I would also like to commend him for his punctual and patient email correspondence. It felt like we were able to reach him at almost any hour and he really helped expedite the whole process claims and repair process. That sort of communication is peerless and I cannot thank him enough for all his time and effort into helps us. Easily, a 5/5 would highly recommend experience!
My family has DTRIC INSURANCE for many years and they are undoubtably the best Insurance Company to get, So with that said give them a call and let the knowledge and savings begin!!!!!! Thank You DTRIC!!
