While I haven’t had terrible service, it was the cheapest around that would insure my home. They don’t offer online payments which really restricts my ability to call to pay. They did however want me to install railings in my 1830 Stone built house that go to my attic. The stairwell is already about 3′ wide. So adding railings would strict that even further.

Update:

I am now able to pay online, rates are cheap with the age and size of my home. I tend to shop yearly. Never had a home claim.
