Customer service is horrible i was in an accident and provided all the information i had including officer witnessing the person who hit me statement that he was at fault and the insurance wont request the incident number as i have called the police department several times to get. What is the point of car insurance and them investigating who is at fault of they aren’t going straight to the main source of information the police department.

I was hit from the side by one of their insured drivers on 5/1/21 it’s now 8/3/21 and still have no update & the claim rep keeps telling me “it’s still being investigated” with a nasty attitude. I never had to wait months for an insurance company to take responsibility for something their insured know was his fault. Worst experience ever!!!!

Spoke to a Brittney after calling the 800 number. She was politely rude and passive aggressive. She gave the bare minimum and explained nothing.

Beautiful company, great insurance packages and prices are affordable.

I have had multiple issues with my claim and I’ve spoken to many people about it. The appraisal company they use is god awful and messed up my whole appraisal
