They do have good customer service, and they are generally cheaper than the big box insurance company’s, however you can get better prices with better customer service elsewhere….. I’m not perfect and made a $5.00 mistake with one of their providers, Dempsey tried raking me over the coals, I’;m glad that they did, I’ve saved approximately $100.00 a year since I left them.
If you want amazing service go see Wendy at Dempsey Insurance. I am one of those needy customers and she never makes me feel bad about calling. She incredibly helpful, patient and friendly. She understands that families need to prioritize bills and she always tries to get me the best rates. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thanks Wendy!
