When I last called to renew policies, I needed to have them check into new auto insurance rates at date 11 months in the future, as they let me know that accidents would be falling off the record at that time. I put it in my calendar to call back, but Christian beat me to it and called me with new insurance rates already quoted. Ken was great! He was able to take already really good rates that we had and in our case get us some better ones. He reviewed my coverage and tweaked my plans to maximize what we were paying for. I know they will be just a phone call or email away if and when we need to file a claim and if we have any questions/concerns.
