I have been very pleased with the Davis & Towle Agency, having several policies with them for over 5 years now. I have 2 Homeowners and 2 Vehicles with them. I was very pleased when my son was added to our policy, he received the Good Student discount and the price was very good. I think they give great customer service.

I have been with them since I started my business five years ago. At first I didn’t have such great experiences with the agents. Until I finally got lucky enough to get Beth Bauer. I swear this woman literally never goes on vacation. She always answers the phone. She knows exactly how to handle anything that comes her way. I could not be happy with my agent. Thank you Beth for all your hard work, diligence and work ethic. You have ease my worries so many times.

Nicole and Kayla went above and beyond to assist me with a complex matter that took just over a week to resolve. They not only communicated with the insurance agent affiliated with my employer’s health insurance, but also communicated with a dental insurance agent for a matter I mentioned in passing to get my clarification. Their customer service, patience and understanding, and willingness to go above and beyond is second to none. Highly recommend. Thank you Nicole and Kayla!!

I have been with Davis and Towle for well over 20 years and I feel very confident and assured I am in the best of hands for both my auto and home insurance. Recently I had to file a claim and my agent Tom Johnson was right there when I called and started the process for me and helped me get the work done timely. I also just this past week bought out my vehicle lease and again, he was right there to send the dealership what they needed to make this happen. I am very grateful and have peace of mind thanks to Tom and others at Davis and Towle. We all have opportunities everyday to switch our insurance company but staying local really does make a difference.
