They are helpful but they need more phone help.
Very unprofessional and bad customer service! They misinformed your due cancelation date and speaks Spanish while you are infront of them looking like a fool trying to figure out what they are talking about! And you tell them to stop but they kept on speaking their language infront of you and looking at you with their funny faces attitude! Unprofessional and rude! I don’t even know why I put a 🌟 with this rating. Make sure y’all write down their names next time you talk on the phone with them because they will try to tell you different information and prices when you walked in their office. They tell you one thing and when you walked in their office they tell you another thing!
