As an agent that represents them and many other companies, I can say that they are one of the easiest companies to work with. Unlike a lot of larger companies the owner and management staff are very involved with assisting clients get a policy & with claims management if needed. They think outside the box & don’t rely solely on computer data like a lot of companies do. Their staff is very friendly & helpful. Their policies provide a lot of coverage included where you usually have to pay additional for each coverage with other companies. If they will insure the type of operation that you have, they are a great company to get your insurance from!

I wish i could give them zero stars. My husband tried to get workers comp thru them. They approved everything and got all the money up front then next day they cancelled for some dumb reasons and they only refunded him like 70% of the money and kept the rest. Please do not contract with them.

Wow. And now he tells me i had coverage for a month. Please tell me what type of coverage i had when they cancelled all coverage the day after the payment was effective because they couldnt provide us with any coverage. Makes no sense at all.

The company works for many of our customers for their GL and WC needs. The underwriting team is fast, professional, and have an extended knowledge of their products. As an agent, I appreciate the business relationship with Frank Winston Crum and customers are happy with their policies.

We work with many commercial companies at our agency but FWC is wonderful . Their customer service and underwriters are very knowledgeable and respond in a timely manner. Their quoting for both WC and GL are easy to navigate.
