I have had nothing but positive experiences with Cromwell & Ney, specifically with Megan as our agent. When we’ve had a question regarding home or car insurance, I email her and she gets back to me on the same day or the next business day. She’s always been so helpful

I have been with this insurance group for several years and have always had an excellent experience. Megan Mc Nitche is an amazing insurance broker that recently after talking with her about our cost and need for some change., we reviewed options but I decided not to make a change at that time. Megan continued research after our call an this resulted in our being able to get the same insurance for much less saving us over 100.00 per month. Megan’s co-worker Ralph assisted us recently in a claim for our toy hauler. When the insurance company did not have any shop near us to do the repairs Ralph found us a shop in Escalon (Referral Auto Group) that was honest, hard working and reasonable. Ralph did all this with out us asking. Both Megan and Ralph have gone above and beyond what I and my husband expected. The service and customer care is excellent !!!
