Ann was so unprofessional, she double booked appointments at the same time at 10:30am I arrived at 10:35 an she left to another appointment at 10:30 she had scheduled at the same time knowing I was at the light minutes away then again we called her she said she’d be right up an still has not showed an it is now 11:00am an never came back like she said she would and I’m late for my pregnancy ultrasound. Who would double book appointments makes no sense! the first appointment she was 30 minutes late anyways but I wasn’t there and it was suppose to be rescheduled but a mix up happened. Over all she was very unprofessional rude an trying to threaten me with different things. All I could do was report her when I got to my doctors at 11:30 mind you she didn’t call or anything just never showed after saying she was. If you need someone to handle your Case I would recommend anyone but her. I worked with other companies never have I met someone with horrible customer service skills.

This place is used by USAA and I’m sure other insurance companies. I call and get my cards a head of time but once they printed them for me without calling my insurance. They are usually fast and pretty friendly. There isn’t much parking and not a sign that tells you where in the building it is.

Picked up my USAA auto insurance cards here. Very convenient. I recommend parking on the street if you can find a spot.

Only place you can pick up your USAA auto insurance card with watermark. Otherwise you have to wait for it to come in the mail. Same day service!

Great service, great people really helpful and getting what I needed, which was updated insurance for my out of state vehicle. Top notch service all around!!!
