I have been involved in two car accidents this past year while working and Copper Point is the company the place I work for uses for workmans comp insurance. They have been extremely helpful whenever I called to get things taken care of. A very good company

Was looking for PO BOX to mail and didn’t didn’t find it anywhere on the website

Horrible horrible horrible service. They have let all my bills go to collections I don’t think any business large or small should use them as an insurance provider. If I had a choice I would go through someone else I’m honestly at the point of just getting a lawyer. Along with that I had another Co worker who got injured at work and they completely denied him. They will lie, cheat and do whatever it takes to cheat someone out of a dollar. If that’s what you want then be my guest but I promise you if you get any better treatment than I or my fellow coworker have consider yourself lucky.

The only good rating this place has is from employees and anonymous users putting 5 stars without any comment. Do the math

Not very understanding or sympathetic. Laura F does not represent the company well! Wish I hadn’t gotten involved.

It’s also concerning that many of the 5 star reviews the company has received on here are from people (explicitly stated or otherwise) that work for them…this doesn’t at all give an authentic representation of the customer experience, which is what most potential customers look for.

I love this building it’s centrally located really cool 80s style shiny glass building. Door security are nice and friendly

Melanie Still

Extremely clean. Nice little cafe tucked away in it Everyone very professional

Got the feeling my agent Nancy did not care about me. She wasn’t nice, and spoke condescending to me. Poor communication between insurance company and business. The company I work for trusted them to provide to their employees in times of hardship (workers compensation), and I think that may have been a mistake. The point of WC is to provide to employees a living wage while they are physically unable to work. I was out of work for 14 days, and after 21 days I still haven’t received a check from them. There is a resolution in progress, but I did not feel it was right I had to put pressure on them to get it corrected. I was somewhat financially prepared for this kind of situation, but I speaking for many others I work with, I know that they could not survive for two weeks with no pay. It’s the difference between being able to feed your kids or keep/lose your house. These are people’s lives, and the agents here should act accordingly. If you don’t like people, I would not recommend being in the insurance business.

Lobby Security, key card access, great views, easily accessible, cafe on site. Friendly Security staff, they pay attention, and not afraid to hold a conversation. Nice looking building.

Robert Sly

My attorney is in this build great clean place.

I wish I could give less than one star. I know how workers compensation works, I know the business behind it and I know that an adjusters job its to do what is best for the company. Everyone sugar coats everything at the beginning but when you need help they are not responsive or professional or they making question your memory. Settling my case should be something they would want to work with and your headache out of the way. Getting injured its not something I chose to benefit out of it. Being in chronic pain is not fun for me neither is being out of job because I cant really do much due to this.

Diana Quinn

If you are a business owner, DO NOT get Copperpoint Insurance. This is the worst company, especially if you have to deal with Workers Compensation. Adjusters will do everything they can to deny and not help people. They don’t care about employees, all they want to do is to keep their profits. As another person have previously mentioned here on Google Reviews, they should not be in the insurance business! This company is a scam, all the 5 star reviews are from their employees!
