I received a quote for a vehicle that I planned on purchasing for my son. I did not end up buying the vehicle; however, they failed to take it off even though I instructed them to do so. I had been paying for my vehicle AND a vehicle that I never even purchased since 6/2020. I have yet to receive a refund on the vehicle that wasn’t purchased or registered even though I was told I would. I have been dealing with Grace regarding this matter who stopped responding to any of my phone calls or emails. I am very disappointed with the way they have handled this situation. I hope to get this matter resolved sooner than later. I will report them to BBB if needed. I do NOT recommend using this company. You’re better off dealing with insurance company yourself or find a trusted broker elsewhere!!!
