This is a very bad company. It’s almost impossible to reach a live person on the phone. And they refuse to set up auto pay. They want you to miss a payment so they can refuse to pay out a claim.

Total scam. They get you in inexpensive insurance with a very very high initiation cost. Then every month your premium rises. And then you’re sent bills for a bunch of hidden fees. What a total garbage company. I would never do business with them again and I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know. Especially since I work in the auto business as well.

I had a VERY UNPLEASANT experience with a Freeway location in Northern California and was extremely upset but I decided to give the corporatoin a chance to undue the bad customer service experience and I can say he tried as much as he could. He ( Radolfo Mares ) not only did he listen to my concern , he also found a solution. Maybe he understood the scenario and felt passionate or possibly he is honest or it’s his job, what ever the reasons was, I wanted to take my time to appreciate him, its easy to write a bad review but lets also thank those who care.

I don’t know if there’s enough room to write how horrible they are. When you read other reviews about them being thieves and liars, it’s true. I have dealt with 2 offices, one in West Covina and the other in San diego. Both of them are ridiculous. They lie and say that the insurance amount is so much when half of it is going to them. Then in San Diego when I did things online after it was maritza the representatives mistake I had to pay sixty dollars in online fees. They said they would refund the money in 2 to 3 days. It’s been 2 weeks. Which all I hear when I call is so and so is out, so and so is in a meeting blah blah blah lies lies and more lies. I have talked to Sam and maritza making empty promises of how they are gonna get right on it. One representative told me it was handled and I would get my refund soon and he was going to email me the receipt. NEVER DID. please please I’m trying to save you lies, anger and frustration. Do NOT get insurance by them. They will lie until your money goes through then they will be super hard to get a hold of. And if one has a problem trust me the whole office will know because for some reason the people that would answer would already know my situation and what to say. Save yourself the punishment pass this insurance place. Especially if it sounds too good to be true.

P.s. I HAD to give them 1 star or else my comment wouldn’t post. If it was up to me they’d get negative 10 stars.

The representatives lack great customer service. I called twice, spoke to 2 different representatives, and they were not able to explain why my premium had been raised.

They messed up on the due date of my policy to begin. I payed almost $400 for my setup fee and first months payment. I then get another bill in the mail a week and a half later asking for another months payment. When i called to get it resolved and keep my policy i’m thrown around like a rag doll from one customer service agent to another. I was hung up on 3 times until i finally gave up. I’m not going to call back to try to reinstate my policy. If they want to resolve it they can call me. Worst experience with an insurance company ever. Customer service should be priority one guys!

I have left multiple voice mails. Multiple emails. Absolutely no response!!!

None! My accident was over a month ago and they refuse to work with me , acknowledge a claim. nothing. I have to go to the insurance commissioner now for the State for California. This company is the worst. I am 57 years old and have had to deal with a lot companies for claims. with out a doubt this is the worst company in existence. Do not do business with this company!!!!!!!! If Freeway insurance tries to sell you a policy from Multi State RUN FORREST, run!!!!!!

These people go by the name “Freeway Insurance” and they are absolutely HORRIBLE as customer service reps!! After my name being misspelled on my insurance policy at the Houston’s office, they kept giving me the run around, putting me on hold forever, transferring me time and time again, and constantly kept asking me the same questions OVER and OVER AGAIN!! A complete waste of time!! I had to go into the Conroe location to get things straightened out!! Thank God for the insurance ladies over there!! They helped me even through my extreme agitation!! From beginning to the end they started with lie after lie. They have been rude and very unprofessional company. It seems like they use excuses for them to charge you higher rates every other month it goes up. Oh they say if you dont pay on time your rates go up🙄🙏praying that I can find a good deal and or go somewhere else. The staff are like house spiders very annoying. I’ve been hung up on several times. They put you on hold for 3 minutes just to look up the policy. I hate this Insurance company with a passion in Hope’s they shut down one day seriously.⌛ By the way who is hiring these people. They act like a collection agency.😫

The worst humiliation and shame in this company I worked more than 11 years between as an agent and I was BM since freeway acquired oasis yesterday I was unfairly fired a few weeks ago I worked alone sick with fever and muscle pain I told my supervisor that I needed help the only help was that it closed when the office was full of clients and thus the day ended yesterday I suffered the greatest shame and humiliation of my life. Now I am unemployed I am a single mother paying for a house and for less than $ 157 dollars my life collapsed. The HR guy he conduct my determination for less the $157. I had co workers that were determined for not showing to work for days without notification and he stopped the determination for her but not for me even ER was not in my side knowing that I was ill working with a lot of clients that day. Confie HR and ER they didn’t care that I never was short of money before in11 years I worked for them so hard my self for 6 days a week 8 -9 hrs a day. Now I am without job stressing and acted how I going to pay my mortgage I am a single mon they were so unfair the way they treated me. Also I know that more agent were short and they still working there .
