I had an interview with Kat that she wanted to set up at 1pm. I showed up a little early. I waited til 1:10pm and she was still in a “meeting” with no sign of ending soon so I left. If I showed up 10-15 mins late to an interview, the chances of me getting hired are slim because my first impression was bad. Kat’s first impression was bad. I wouldn’t want to work with someone that doesn’t value or respect my time.
