Super unprofessional! I called for a quote the lady was rude! she put the phone down to talk about a cat TWICE! She was talking for about 3 minutes about the first time, then put the phone down as i was talking and started talking about it again! They obviously arent concerned about making new customers

good rates but very disorganized and not professional. On a few occasions I have asked for my updated insurance certificate and had a very hard time getting it since it took several requests.
