Citywide has an employee whose name is Matt who is a valuable asset to Citywide! He is professional, kind and is a hard worker. He has a ‘can do’ attitude. He was able to do what no one else was able to do. Matt is a hero! Thank you Matt!! This man is not a quitter.

Awesome customer service. Very friendly and understanding to my situation. Although, it did get a little testy because of the daily lot charge. But, in the end, Nancy was very helpful in the breakdown of the service provided.

Fast and efficient towing service. Waited no longer than 30 minutes compared to other local services that I called near by. The lady on the phone gave clear details on price and time without having me ask a single question which made this process quick. Big thanks to Adam for coming out to tow the car in this cold April weather.
