I had to transfer my insurance from another state and they were able to keep me locked in at the same deductibles and lowered the overall costs. The transaction took only a couple of hours, I did it all while I was in Massachusetts, and I had auto insurance in Maine. I could not ask for any better service. We needed to add a new vehicle to our policy recently. In a five minute phone call they were able to add the new coverage, update our policy, remove another car, fax insurance proof to our town office, and mail us a hard copy. Who could ask for anything better?!
