We have had only good things with Central Ohio Ins. They are prompt with replies and assistance. We have had a couple issues,, insurance wise NOT with this company, and Central OH has handled it so well we didn’t even know how much trouble they had to go thru to get it resolved. They haven’t even raised our rate. . . which is a blessing.

Absolute nightmare of a company, does not provide adequate service, and complete lack of professionalism when dealing with issues concerning a large scale technical issue with a major insurance provider. Wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone.
