Hands down the best and most professional people I’ve had the pleasure to meet and work with. Katie goes above and beyond to walk you through everything and breaks it down so you understand. She is always shopping for me to make sure I have the best insurance with a great price. She recently just helped me save hundreds of dollars on my auto insurance! I can confidently recommend Capital gate insurance especially for small businesses like mine (property services and maintenance) and the fact that it is locally run and owned is a huge plus but let me be clear any business is only as good as the people it employs. And that’s where I have to say most of the credit goes to Suzanne Oliver. She has been incredible to work with always available anytime I have questions and I need to change my policy as my business grows and changes.

As a small business owner for 21 years I am very conscious of good or bad service. When I saw a Facebook post about Suzanne Oliver specializing in small business insurance I reached out to her for a quote. I had been with my current Insurance company for 16 years but figured it never hurts to compare rates. I was immediately impressed with her customer service skills and when she came back with a quote that was cheaper than my current rate with better coverage it was a done deal. The story could end here and I would be a happy camper but Suzanne asked if I would like to get a quote for my RV and Car Insurance? Long story shorter I am now paying less with better coverage. I then figured let’s try a quote for my Homeowners and Suzanne has once again earned my business with a much better rate.

I would like to add I had never met Suzanne before this but I am so impressed with her work ethic. It’s almost impossible not to feel the positive energy she brings to work. You just might save yourself some money and have an Insurance agent who gives 110% to her job !
