We got our homeowner’s insurance policy through them, then all of the sudden, complete silence. Truly the worst service I’ve ever received, but that’s not even fair to say, since they won’t even return one of the many calls and emails to even provide me any further service. I’ve never had to try so hard to give my money to somebody. We’ll be transferring agents the minute we are up for renewal.
Brad and his staff have always gone out of the way and have great customer service. But they have been extremely helpful after Hurricane Harvey.
