They are OK I guess I haven have any claims with them so can not review that part but I will explain why I have 3 stars.

I had to re write one of my policy (property) because it was wrong for the last 8 years Thanks God that nothing happen to my house… otherwise It could be a disaster for me after that. One star down because of that .

Second I was one the with there CS(customer service) I had to cancel

one of the policy because it was wrong and It has been 5 days that I don’t know what is going one is it canceled do they need more doc. when they are going to send me the check if at all… (a simple email follow up would be sufficient but nothing)

Lastly while I was going over my policy’s and change few things I have asked for an auto policy as well (I was told that I can get very good discount for multiple policy’s) it took them 5 business days to final get that quote.

Not a bad company good prices but they can work a bit more over there costumer service.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEW

I had a recent issue with my policy, and When my local broker -who initially started my policy with national general- was of NO help (beware of money hungry, careless brokers) , I decided to call NatGen myself and see what I could do to fix my problem. Rafa was very courteous when answering my call and directed me to sales where luckily, BRIAN TIERNAN was of SO much help! He was polite, honest , very knowledgeable, thorough, and most importantly VERY patient while helping me with all of my questions. He was prompt with emailing me all the info I needed, and returning my calls. I felt very comfortable during the initial process, and with the transaction because I actually knew what services I was obtaining, unlike in most places where they just speed through the sales portion and rush you to sign and pay. Being in customer sevice myself for 15 years with 6 of them in management, I really appreciate such great work ethic. Thank you so much, Brian. You have no idea how much stress you helped me get rid of just by giving such excellent customer service. Keep up the great spirit and excellent job.

Awesome people who take the time to make sure to save you money and understand what you have. Well going to add that I later cancelled my policy because they lied. After carefully going through everything with the wonderful lady on the phone and setting things up, they changed payment dates and added a late fee. I get paid once a month, I get very little, so it is very important for me to be sure that payments are due at the first of the month. It’s sad.
